Had four (yes FOUR) bats flying around the garden at dusk today. Attempted to shoot them, and did with a lot of prayer and just pointing the camera and squeezing the shutter when I thought they were in view

Almost done!

I’m afraid we won’t be here to harvest them, but instructions have been left to do so and store them for our return

So happy that this climber has finally decided to flower after being moved from a pot and placed into the ground. It’s got healthy growth now (yes, even in this heat) and these are the first flowers we get on this plant.

The only two limes to fruit on my lime tree (thought it was lemon, but no!). They were this green for a long time so I thought it was time to pick them, cut them, juice them and decide once and for all what type of tree it is. Also, it’s fun picking your own fruit and eating them!
